The steam cracker complex will be built at Petronas’ refinery and petrochemicals integrated development (Rapid) project, which is under development in Pengerang, Johor.
Toyo will use Intergraph Smart 3D design solution to optimize design, increase safety, quality and productivity as well as reduce schedule of the project.
Intergraph’s SmartPlant Materials solution will be used to support the materials management processes. This solution provides total materials management and subcontract management capabilities for the project.

Last year, Toyo was selected to build steam cracker complex project to PRPC Refinery and Cracker.
The Rapid project, which is a part of Petronas’s Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) development, will have a combined production capacity of 7.7 million tons of various products, including synthetic rubbers and high-grade polymers.
