ccording to the company, the acquisition – for which the price has not been disclosed – is a logical supplement to its hydropower portfolio in Northern Italy and enhances its local presence.
Since 2006 the company has been the owner/operator of eight hydroelectric power plants in the Lago di Iseo region (Lombardy) with a collective capacity of 42MW.
