The company plans to use the funds for engineering, procurement, construction and finance (EPC+F) for the project.

Prepared based on the pre-feasibility study, the term sheet has a debt to equity ratio of 90:10 at competitive rates.

The framework is prearranged on the estimated production of 200,000 tons of graphite concentrate a year.

SINOMA will provide engineering goods and services, including mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, piping specifications, construction drawings, construction and project management.

The company has been working with government officials, local community and other stakeholders with plans to progress the project towards production in the second half of 2016.
