In 2006, the company completed an initial AMI deployment of 42 substations (220/110kV) for Karagandy Zharyk in Kazakhstan.
The second stage of AMI deployment will cover an additional 45 power substations (110/35/10kV).
According to Elster, the new deployment is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
