One of the plants will be built in Maasvlakte in the Netherlands, and in Germany one at Stade and the other in either Brunsbüttel or Wilhelmshafen.

The plants have an 800 MW capacity and will be linked to the power grid in 2012.

The €2 billion deal includes the delivery and engineering of all the key components including the steam generator, turbine and generator together with the entire flue gas cleaning system.
