The eMonitor will be used for remote HVAC controls, benchmarking capabilities, diagnostics and alerts all contributing to reducing costs.

A typical installation is expected to create energy cost savings of 10% to 20%, resulting in a return on investment of less than one year.

Powerhouse Dynamics CEO Martin Flusberg said the eMonitor c-Series changes the paradigm and targets any operation where the cost of energy is a pain point but the scale does not support a large investment.

Initial shipments of the eMonitor c-Series will begin in July, the company said.

Powerhouse Dynamics’ eMonitor is designed to monitor all uses and sources of energy and deliver cost-effective controls.

The new energy management solution monitors a building’s electrical power consumption at the circuit level, providing ongoing analysis, diagnostics and alerts to deliver actionable intelligence and control strategies.
