These MOUs signed by Siemens Gameas follows the previous agreements signed with Yeong Guan Energy Technology Group (YGG) and Swancor. The non-binding agreements include solutions for the offshore wind turbine components including machining, control systems, coolers, and others. Timelines have not been set for finalization of the cooperation agreements.
Siemens Gamesa has signed MOUs with AH Industries and YGG for machining of large steel and metal components. With Jupiter Bach, it has signed MOU for fabrication of composites for wind turbine components such as canopy and spinners. With KK Wind Solutions (KK), it has signed MOU for control systems and converters. With Nissens, it signed MOU for the supply of cooling systems.
Siemens Gamesa has signed MOU with RMG Steel for the supply of steel parts such as various sheet metal and weldments solutions. With SINBON Electronics (SINBON) and TA YA Electric Wire & Cable (TAYA), for the supply of low voltage cables harnessing. With SINBON and Walsin Lihwa Corporation (Walsin Lihwa) for low voltage cables harnessing. With TECO Electric & Machinery (TECO) for the supply of Yaw motors. With Walsin Lihwa for the supply of High voltage cables and Siemens Gamesa has signed MOU with Wuerth for the supply of C-parts and fasteners.

Each of the MoUs include, among other terms, such as the establishment or the use of the suppliers of facilities in Taiwan, price competitiveness, along with compliance to SGRE’s quality, health, safety and environment (HSE) standards.
