Integrys stated that Kathy Donofrio, vice president of business performance division, will assume the additional role of president of Integrys Business Support.
Prior to the 2007 merger between WPS Resources and Peoples Energy, Mr Nardi was the executive vice president and CFO of Peoples Energy.
Larry Weyers, Integrys’s president and CEO, said: Tom has been a key contributor, from planning to close of the merger and in the formation of Integrys Energy Group. Since being appointed as president of Integrys Business Support, Tom has been instrumental in the development of our shared services company.
