IMX Resources managing director Neil Meadows stated that the assistance of Azure in estimating the project would help the company in realising the investment value.
Besides advising IMX on the strategic options, Azure will provide suggestions to the company across a broad range of corporate issues, such as ongoing exploration and development work, and extracting maximum value from the Ntaka Hill nickel sulphide project.
IMX has defined a JORC Inferred Mineral Resource of 569 million tonnes at 27% iron at the Snaefell Magnetite Deposit and a global exploration target of between 200-380 million tonnes at 25-35% iron elsewhere across the Mt Woods project area.
It also earlier finished a scoping study on the project with the Snaefell resource as the basis.
