The chief executive officer of the company Hansjorg Lerchenmuller is satisfied with the progress. “It is a significant step in our development that we have succeeded in implementing our new record efficiencies in the new series production. We are confident that we can increase our efficiency even further and within two to three years reach module efficiencies of 30 percent.”

The CX-6 inverter was premiered at the 24th Symposium for Photovoltaic Solar Energy in Bad Staffelstein a short time ago. The patented inverter was specially developed for use in two-axis tracking systems and is directed toward the requirements of concentrator systems.

Other highlights include presentations from Dr. Andreas Gombert, chief technology officer of Concentrix Solar, who, on two separate occasions, will talk about the field experience with the FLATCON technology: On May 26th, Andreas Gombert will give a talk at the PV Industry Forum. On April 29th, as a CPV expert and consultant, he will partake in an event from Greentech Media entitled “Concentrating Solar Power”. Both events take place at the International Congress Center Munich, ICM.
