As part of the agreement, Minetech will also be deployed on long term general engineering consulting services with regards to exploring and developing the company’s properties.
Graphite Corporation president Brian Goss remarked that the two companies provided each other with a good match.

Minetech owner R.H. Todd added, "Graphite is commanding a lot of interest in the industry right now and we are looking forward to working with Graphite Corp. as we believe their initial acquisitions and future plans are well considered and offer tangible potential."
Todd is expected to bring to the alliance, his vast expertise in mine and mine facilities engineering, mine operations and construction management.
