Production at the site is expected to follow the updated resource estimates reported by the company.

The resource increase of 2,695,000 tonnes at 1.24% nickel equivalent for 33,248 tonnes of contained metal was noted during the drilling on the B4-7 deposit in 2012.

Commenting on the developments Landore Resources chairman Bill Humphries stated that the significant increase further reflects material enlargement potential at the resource.

"The updated B4-7 resource together with the nearby VW Nickel resource allows Landore to proceed with pre-feasibility studies.

"Landore is well-poised to advance the project towards production in 2015-16," said Humphries.

Landore has also launched a drilling campaign at a new exploration target along strike and down dip from B4-7 containing 1.5 million tonnes to 2 million tonnes at similar grades.
