The Huaneng Changchun No. 4 Thermal Power Project will be constructed in Changchun City in the Jilin province. It will have two 300 MW combined power and heat units with flue gas desulphurization and denitration machines and a heat supply pipeline.
The Guodian Huozhou Power Project will be constructed in Nanxingzhi Town located in Huozhou City in the Shanxi Province. It will have two 600 MW supercritical units with flue gas desulphurization and denitration machines. The Guodian Changzhi Thermal Power Project will be constructed in Yangbao Village located in Changzhi City, Shanxi province with two 300 MW sub-critical combined power and heat units with flue gas desulphurization machine and a heat supply pipeline.
The Jincheng Thermal Power Project will be constructed in Zezhou County in Shanxi province with two 300 MW sub-critical combined power and heat units with a flue gas desulphurization machine and a heat supply pipeline. The Shijiazhuang Liangcun Thermal Power Project will be constructed in Nanxi Village in the Shijiazhuang Economic Development located in Shanxi province. It will have two 300 MW sub-critical combined power and heat units along with flue gas desulphurization and denitration machines and a heat supply pipeline.
The Dengfeng Power Plant Phase II Expansion Project constructed in Daye Town of Dengfeng City in the Henan province. It will have one 600 MW supercritical unit and flue gas desulphurization and denitration machines.
NDRC granted authorization to the Leqing Power Plant Phase II Expansion and Datang Nanjing Xiaguan Power Plant Relocation projects in March 2009. The Leqing Power Plant Phase II Project will be constructed in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang province. It will feature two 660 MW supercritical units along with flue gas desulphurization and denitration machines. Datang Nanjing Xiaguan Project will be constructed in the Qixia District of Nanjing City, Jiangsu province and will have two 600 MW supercritical units with flue gas desulphurization and denitration machines.
NDRC granted authorization to the Guodian Jianbi Power Plant, China Resources Nanshan Thermal Power Plant and Yongchang Power Plant Expansion projects in April 2009. The Guodian Jianbi Power Plant will be constructed in Jinabi Town, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu province and will feature one 1,000-MW ultra-supercritical unit. The China Resources Nanshan Thermal Power Plant will be constructed in Huangge Town in the Nansha District, Guangzhou City and will have two 300 MW units along with flue gas desulphurization and denitration machines. The Yongchang Power Plant Expansion Project will be constructed at Hexibao Town in Yongchang County, Gansu province. It will have two 300 MW air-cooled combined power and heat units along with a flue gas desulphurization machine and heat supply pipeline.
