As Vector’s CFO Peter led the listing of Vector – a then NZD6 billion company – on the New Zealand stock exchange.
Peter’s background also includes extensive experience in financial services and investment banking in Australia, Asia and the Pacific. Other roles have included a chief executive officer position with one of New Zealand’s largest finance companies, undertaking a restructuring of its debt obligations, a director at Grant Samuel & Associates, New Zealand and head of private client services at international investment bank, Merrill Lynch in Sydney.
