The Indiana business segment includes the Northern Indiana Public Service gas distribution and electric generation, transmission and distribution businesses, as well as the Northern Indiana Fuel and Light and Kokomo gas distribution businesses.
Ms Odum joins NiSource after serving in a variety of senior leadership roles at GTE, Verizon Communications and Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises. She will report to Robert Skaggs, president and CEO of NiSource, and serve as a member of NiSource’s executive management council.
