The results include an income of $124 million from discontinued operations, primarily related to the gain on the sale of the CoGen Lyondell facility.

The company reported revenues of $1.04 billion for Q3 2007, compared to $508 million for the same period of 2006. Revenues for the first nine months of 2007 stood at $2.38 billion, compared to $1.43 billion for the same period of 2006.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) stood at $581 million for the third quarter of 2007, compared to $62 million for the same period in 2006. EBITDA figures for the first nine months of 2006 stood at $1.01 billion, compared to $309 million for the same period of 2006.
