enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles company, has inaugurated the Hall’s Warehouse solar project in New Jersey marking the completion of development and construction of the 1.8MW DC solar installation. The installation brings the total solar energy generation at Hall’s to 3.2MW DC.

According to enXco, the roof-mounted fixed tilt solar array, developed and owned by the company itself, consists of 20,184 First Solar panels and 2,190 Uni-Solar laminates installed at the 501 Kentile Road and 601 Kentile Road facilities.

enXco will own and operate the system and supply the project’s output to Hall’s Corporation under a power purchase agreement on a net-metering basis.

It said that Infinite Energy and Clean Energy Holdings co-developed the project with Vanguard Energy Partners as the installer. enXco Service, a subsidiary of enXco, will provide operations and maintenance services.

Peter Solomon, director distributed generation solar for enXco, said: enXco is proud to partner with Hall’s to bring this project to completion. Projects like this are critical to New Jersey’s future energy plans and its commitment to renewable energy resources. We extend our gratitude to our New Jersey based partners who are essential to our project development team.
