Under the contract, Tetra Tech will provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the Keenan II wind farm, which will be located outside Woodward, Oklahoma.
The company previously completed the upfront environmental and permitting work for the wind project, and is responsible for all other aspects of the wind project design and construction, including electrical collection, transmission lines, grid connection and wind turbine foundations.
The new wind farm will be located next to the 44-turbine OU Spirit wind farm that Tetra Tech recently completed. Siemens will furnish and erect 66 2.3MW turbines for the Keenan II wind farm.
