Due to the demanding sea and ice conditions in Finland, the project has been challenging from both the civil engineering and logistical point of view. Even so, the wind park was commissioned in the beginning of 2009 and handed over ahead of schedule.
The cooperation between WinWinD and PVO-Innopower was excellent, as well as with all subcontractors and local partners.
