<p>This concludes the negotiations that followed the invitation to tender issued last May to electricity suppliers for a long-term electricity supply.<br /><br />The agreement defines the terms and conditions of a long-term industrial and commercial partnership, particularly in relation to issues of volume, price and industrial risk-sharing. However, these details have not been published.<br /><br />The Exeltium consortium plans to finalize the partnership agreement with EDF and other contracts with its partners and banks in the next few weeks so that electricity supply can begin in the second quarter of 2007.</p>
