As per the deal, GSMB will provide drilling services for NQ Triple Tube (NQTT) diamond drilling program which will test the vein graphite potential in three locations across the deposit.
Expected to commence on or around 29 May, the first drill location DH1 is at Pandeniya with 50m to 125m in depth.
The holes DH2 and DH3 will be drilled up to 300m deep and test the continuity of vein graphite mineralization.
MRL has licenses with exclusive right to explore and mine for Graphite within 6,300 hectares of land in several provinces of Sri Lanka, including Warakpola, Pujapitiya, Palinda Nuwara and Hikkaduwa.
