The two firms have joined forces to offer the comprehensive and suitable global technology solutions dedicated to water and energy management.
As part of the agreement, both companies will together develop and market a thermal energy meter comprising of Itron’s ultrasonic flow meter and Teplocom’s calculator.
In addition, they will customize Itron’s meter data management solution according to Russian requirements.
The two firms will also adapt Teplocom’s products to Itron’s data collection, data management and data utilization systems.
Teplocom’s affiliates in Russia, Trade House and Energy Complex Integrator, will distribute Itron’s products and solutions.
