The company will employ its Ecofining technology to execute the project and once completed the plant is expected to produce bio-fuels with a low environmental impact.
Conversion of the existing facilities will be completed by the end of 2013, until which the refinery will continue to operate using traditional methods.
New facilities will be added to plan once Biofuel production and expected to be completed by June 2015.
