Under the terms of the agreement, Lamboo will provide metallurgical data from the McIntosh project to assist the Chinese firm in conducting commercial production trials.
The two firms will sign contractual arrangements in terms of a commercial agreement for McIntosh flake graphite.
Lamboo will use Hendga’s experience in the mining and production of quality flake graphite in order to advance the McIntosh project development.
Hendga will purchase Lamboo flake graphite products in an off-take agreement, based on a positive graphite assessment results.
Lamboo Resources managing director Richard Trevillion said, "The Company is in advanced discussions with several other counterparties (end users) to achieve long term sales contracts for its products and maximise returns for shareholders."
As part of the accord, Lamboo intends to be a substantial flake graphite concentrate supplier to Hengda while Hendga represents a final processing option for Lamboo’s flake graphite.
