The Gridstream RF network will help the GPA to remotely operate, monitor, and communicate with other meters and network devices.
GPA in the next two years will deploy over 52,000 of E-350 FOCUS AX-SD advanced meters with integrated service switch and ZigBee capabilities and Gridstream network components for its residential customers.

The Authority is also exploring opportunities for customer services with pre-pay services that use advanced metering network.
