The $600,000 exploration program involves ground gravity, radon and electromagnetic (EM) surveys aimed to refine specific drill targets by around March 2014.

Ground gravity geophysical survey has begun by MWH Geo-Surveys at the property to locate seven high-priority areas of hydrothermal alteration associated with known conductors.

The current program will be conducted on the seven most prospective corridors and will extend through February while the resulting data will be used for final targeting prior to drilling program which is due to commence in March 2014.

Athabasca Nuclear completed 2013 summer exploration program of the 246,643h Preston Lake property in mid-October in which a total of 42 rock, 653 soil, 404 radon in water, 181 radon in soil, 766 biogeochemical, and 253 lake sediment samples were collected and analyzed.

The company has also conducted 1,046 square kilometers of airborne VTEM and 876 square kilometers of airborne radiometric surveys.
