The Termotasajero Power Plant located near Cúcuta is owned by Termotasajero.
B&W PGG president and chief operating officer J Randall Data said the company will help meet Termotasajero’s power generation needs.
"B&W is working closely with Hyundai and the plant owner, Termotasajero S.A. E.S.P, to make this project a success," Data said.
The company is expecting a full notice in the final quarter of the 2012 to proceed on the project as the engineering work for the plant is underway.
B&W will engineer the boiler, coal pulverizers, air heater, fans and structural steel for Termotasajero Unit 2.
