The company’s Oil & Gas division will be responsible for construction of above-ground and underground pipelines, access platforms and valve stations.

The project will consist of over 70km of gas, oil, water and steam lines, ranging from 8 to 24 inches in diameter.

Work on the project is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2012 and continue until the mid-2013.

On 14 May 2012 URS, completed its acquisition of Flint Energy Services, which has become the new Oil & Gas division of URS.
