SL-12-002 encountered about 132.5m of graphite bearing rocks over a 148.7m zone between 72.1 and 220.8m depth, while SL-12-001 encountered three graphitic intervals beginning at the start of bedrock.

Until now, the company has drilled two diamond drill holes within the Simon Lake prospect, and began spudding of a third drill hole about 10km to the southwest of Simon Lake.

Strike Graphite Corporation CEO Blair Way said, "This second hole has yielded close to 150 meters of graphitic material. We look forward to seeing the lab test work results in the coming weeks."

Strike Graphite stated seven individual graphite-bearing intervals range between 5.0 and 40.5m wide; and are separated by narrower intervals of trace-to-non-graphite bearing intervals of between 0.9 and 6.0m.

Field determinations have revealed the presence of graphite flakes of up to 4 millimeters in length.

Drill-hole SL-12-0001 had graphite mineralization at the beginning, with the intercepts occurring from 10.2 to 23.9m; followed by another from 45.7 to 69.5m and a third graphitic zone from 93.5 to 102.2m.

The company has commenced drilling of third hole SL-12-003 in the Morell Lake Target, which has been interpreted as a fold hinge and found to have a shallow dipping and near-surface conductive zone in a geophysical modeling.
