The Ezulwini Mine is located in South Africa in the West Rand Goldfield of the Witwatersrand Basin and is contiguous to Gold One’s Cooke Operations.

Ezulwini is an underground mine that has two primary tabular ore bodies which are about 400m apart.

The mine has a new gold plant with a capacity of 2.4 million tonnes per annum and a new uranium plant in place with simple, proven uranium technology and nameplate capacity of 1.2 million tonnes per annum.

The company will also consider a focused underground development program to ensure sustainable underground mining flexibility.

Furthermore, Gold One has completed capital intensive projects totaling $400m which include shaft refurbishment and new gold and uranium plant

Currently, First Uranium owns all shares and shareholders’ claims against Ezulwini Mining.
