The $30m contract includes the design, manufacture and supply of three heat recovery steam generators and associated equipment.
Work will commence immediately and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2013.
RCR managing director, Paul Dalgleish said that the contract is the first major power generation contract awarded to RCR using AE&E Australia technology.
RCR acquired the business of AE&E Australia in May 2011.
