The assets of Eagle Chief are located at the intersection of the liquids-rich Mississippi Lime and Cana Woodford Shale plays.
The Eagle Chief system includes over 600 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines, compression and processing assets located in Alfalfa, Blaine, Garfield, Major and Woods counties.
The company will also install a new cryogenic facility in early 2013, bringing total gas processing capacity to about 100 million cubic feet per day.
