The property being acquired is currently producing 3,000 barrels of oil per month, and includes 40 producing wells and 200 previously producing wells.
The company said that an additional 100 wells can also be drilled on the property.
Paradigm intends to rework the existing non producing wells to bring them back to a producing state to increase production.
The transaction is expected to be closed by the end of January next year.
