The new energy services division comprises the company’s electrical transmission, petroleum and gas, and industrial process business, and its associated environmental practice.
STV executive chairman Dominick Servedio said because energy has been a growth market for STV, the company has consolidated its resources into a separate entity to best serve its energy and industrial clients.
STV president and CEO Milo Riverso said the establishment of the new division as a separate operating entity is consistent with the company’s strategic vision for success in a highly competitive national and global marketplace.
