The company holds a 40% stake in ZCMC, while an associated entity, Montemina Resources Corporation, holds the remaining 60% interest.

The tenement contains a JORC inferred resource of 23.5 million tonnes of nickel laterite ore at a grade of 1.18% nickel and 0.05% cobalt.

The current drill program of 255 holes will provide infill drill data to upgrade the current JORC resource estimate for the limonite from that of inferred to indicated as well as provide data to estimate an indicated resource for the untested saprolite horizon of the ore body, ENK said.

The company expects that the saprolite horizon will be similar to that of Acoje and neighbouring tenements where the saprolite could make up at least 50% of the total resource.

The drilling program is expected to continue until the end of the first quarter of 2012.
