The company will build two 765kV substations in the Indian states of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
Under the contract, Alstom Grid will supply all 765kV equipment for these two extra high voltage substations.
The company will manufacture the equipment locally in its Padappai, Pallavaram, Hosur and Noida factories in India.
