The project, which involves the expansion of the capacity of the utility systems at the Sasol complex at Sasolburg, is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2012.
This contract follows the completion of the front-end engineering design phase by Foster Wheeler for this project, the company said.
Foster Wheeler is a global engineering and construction contractor and power equipment supplier.
