The original NRC application submitted on February 26, 2009 was the culmination of two years of concerted effort in gathering baseline data to establish background environmental conditions at its Dewey-Burdock Project. The company expects that these additional data presentations will facilitate the review by the NRC technical staff and keep the company’s application moving forward toward final approval and issuance of a license.
