Zhao Yuwen, head of the China Renewable Energy Society’s photovoltaic committee has reported that China’s National Energy Commission of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) is considering providing subsidized rates for solar energy.
The China government is looking at developed nations in providing subsidized rates for solar energy. Moreover, the Government of China has also planned for a preferential tariff of CNY1.09 per kilowatt-hour for solar projects.
