The work will be carried out in the following locations: Hester, Boyup Brook, Mayanup, Chowerup and Scotts Brook.

Marisa Chapman, Western Power spokesperson, said: The work will involve replacing unserviceable poles, installing poles mid-bay to reduce the distance between poles and replacing cross-arms at the top of power poles where necessary. This work is expected to improve the reliability of the Bridgetown Boyup Brook feeder.

Crews will start work in the second week of October and will be visiting property owners from Bridgetown to Boyup Brook and Chowerup to discuss where poles can be dropped and what access requirements to their property are required.
