Mr Seale brings over 30 years of experience in petroleum engineering, oilfield operations management, executive management, international banking, and startup company development. Mr Seale was previously president of Texas-based SPI Operations, where he was a founder.
Mr Seale gained international operations and development experience as vice president of operations for both Concept Energy in Colombia and Frontera Resources in the Republic of Georgia and Azerbaijan.
