Mr Bartley’s 36 years of practice include nine years as in-house counsel with Fortune 100 companies including two years as corporate counsel with Foremost-McKesson in San Francisco; and seven years as western region counsel for the Container Corporation of America (CCA), when it was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Mobil Corporation.
In addition, over his 36-year career, Mr Bartley has served as outside general counsel for several small companies, including start-ups.
