Mr Metzner will be leaving Exelon on June 6, 2008, to become the executive vice president and CFO of First Wind, a privately-owned wind energy company.

Following Mr Metzner’s departure, Exelon’s treasury, investor relations and risk management groups will report directly to the CFO, Matthew Hilzinger.

Mr McFarland has resigned to go to work at Energy Future Holdings in Dallas, Texas. He will be replaced by Kyle Crowley, newly named vice president of corporate development. Mr Crowley, who currently serves as the director of corporate development at Exelon, will report directly to Ian McLean, executive vice president of finance and markets.
