The supervisory board has appointed Torben Nielsen, executive vice president of electricity division, and Poul Steen, executive vice president of support division, to its executive board. Together with president and CEO Peder Andreasen, they form Energinet.dk’s new executive board.
Mr Nielsen has acted as vice president of IT and quality management since November 2007. He holds a masters degree in electrical engineering and was previously employed with Nea Lindberg, Seas and Seas-NVE.
Mr Steen has acted as vice president of finance and administration since March 2006. He holds a masters degree in economics and was previously employed with AP Moller, SAS Service Partner, JM Huber and Ferring Pharmaceuticals.
