The project was acquired from Zhongli Talesun, while three parties signed sale and purchase agreements on 13 December 2013.
As part of the deal, the Target Company owns solar power plants projects situated in Gonghe, Qinghai Province, which hold the solar electricity generation capacity of around 180MW.
Goldpoly acquired 45% in the Target and EBOD acquired the remaining 55% equity interest in the company.
Goldpoly New Energy Holdings executive director and CEO Alan LI said the company has successfully achieved grid connection of about 400MW solar power plants by 2013.
"Thereby we have delivered our promise to shareholders. Our team has been strengthening their efforts to work in collaboration with related parties to finalize the rest acquisitions," LI added.
