Under the terms of the contract, Acciona Windpower has also agreed to manage the transport and the start-up of the wind turbines, as well as the operation and maintenance of the installation for seven years.
Rim Rock facility will have 126 wind turbines with a unit capacity of 1.5MW and a rotor diameter of 77 meters.
Delivery and installation will be carried out throughout this year.
Acciona Windpower is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of wind turbines and the construction and assembly of wind parks.
In previous years the company has supplied NaturEner with a total of 210MW for two wind parks also located in Montana.
