As part of the construction, Vestas will use 2MW platform for the Talinay Oriente wind energy project.
The company said the Talinay Oriente project allows it to cover all its electricity needs from renewables next year.
Vestas Mediterranean president Juan Araluce said the company has already received acquisition offers from several local and international companies interested in this exciting project.
The construction of Talinay Oriente project is expected to be finalized in the first quarter of next year.
