The acquisitions bring, Waterleau a successful worldwide wastewater and water engagements with several food and beverage brands to the North American market.
The newly created organization, Waterleau USA, will be based in Victor, New York. Customers can access a portfolio of technologies and a single-source for anaerobic, aerobic and membrane wastewater solutions for the food and beverage industry.

Ecovation’s access to Waterleau Group’s portfolio of environmental technologies and services will enable Waterleau USA to extend its range of treatment solutions and reinforce its presence in the North America.
Krofta designs and delivers dissolved air flotationclarifiers for treating wastewater and solid-liquid separation.
