With the new HydroJet-R system, DPII provides a purpose-built design that delivers advanced water cleaning system technology and a safer environment for routine maintenance.
DPII Controls, Diagnostics and R&D general manager Mark Bunton said fully-retractable cleaning system provides about three times more cleaning coverage per device over conventional furnace water cleaning systems, with the ability to reduce water consumption about 70% and improve plant heat rate.
The HydroJet-R system is designed to be integrated with the company’s existing SentrySeries intelligent control system, which provides customers adaptive capabilities and solutions for sites that require variable boiler loading or fuel switching.
DPII is engaged in providing boiler cleaning technology.
