Solar Power provides inspection, maintenance and solar cell production services, and operates out of Nara, Japan.
The company expects to report revenues of approximately $17m for its core service business during the next 12 months.
IA Global is expected to acquire Solar Power for approximately $1.14m and the acquisition is expected to close by 15 December 2010.
The acquisition will be financed through cash or debt along with the issuance of 38,166,666 shares of IA Global common stock.
